Support with a loan
What to include so we can answer in one reply.
Write from the email address on your NoteHouse account and include the loan reference, which appears at the top of the loan page in the form NH-0000. Say what you expected to happen and what happened instead. If a figure looks wrong, name the installment or ledger entry.
We can explain how a figure was computed, help with a signing or invitation that did not go through, and correct a record where the correction is one both parties agree to. We cannot take sides in a dispute between a lender and a borrower, change a signed note, or move money. The guide on late payments covers what the parties themselves can do.
Security reports

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in NoteHouse, email security@notehouse.io with the steps to reproduce it. Do not access or alter other people’s loan records while testing. We acknowledge reports within two business days, keep you informed while we fix the issue, and credit you if you wish. See security for how the system is built.

Legal notices, subpoenas and requests under privacy law should be sent to hello@notehouse.io with “Legal” in the subject line. We respond to lawful requests and tell affected users where the law allows. Our privacy policy and terms of service are published on this site.
